Did you know Oklahomans who currently hold an active real estate license vary from the ages of 18 to 98? With 38 being the average age of active provisional sales associates issued a license in 2019.
It was a privilege working with Mike Brooks and Jeff Snavely to evaluate the real estate licensee data. Jeff Snavely holds a bachelors degree in computer science and mathematics, while Mike Brooks is a real estate licensee and OU football historian. With all of the information gathered and with the help of Jeff and Mike, this is what we found.
Below are the highlights from the data:
-The average age of all Oklahoma real estate licensees is 52.1.
-The average age of active Oklahoma real estate licensees is 51.07.
-The average age of inactive Oklahoma real estate licensees is 56.11.
-The average age of active provisional sales associates issued a license in 2019 is 38.1.
-The oldest active real estate licensee in Oklahoma is 98 and is from the Tulsa area.
-23 Oklahomans are 90 or older who have a real estate license.
-The youngest active real estate licensee in Oklahoma is 18.
-There are over 450 Oklahoman’s who are 80 years or older who have a real estate license.
